How are generation credits charged?
Credits measure generation usage. The cost depends on the type and options you choose; review the credit estimate before Generate. Credits can be reserved while the generation runs. Settlement charges the generation’s exact credit cost once; reopening the same result does not charge it again. Check your balance in Settings. If a result or charge is unclear, contact support with the run ID before retrying.
How do I publish a pin to Pinterest?
From Connected Accounts, connect the Pinterest account you want to use and approve access on Pinterest. Select that account and a board, then generate your pin. Publishing requires a valid http:// or https:// destination link; add it before publishing a saved pin. Save to History lets you review the result before publishing. Generation saves results to History and never authorizes publication. Review each completed pin, including its image, text, destination and board. By selecting Publish or confirming Schedule for those saved pins, you authorize PYNOV to send only the pins you selected to the chosen connected Pinterest account and board. Scheduled delivery runs at the confirmed times while that connection remains active. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish.
Which plans and prices are available?
Free is $0. Paid monthly plans are Starter $9, Pro $24 and Agency $49, in USD. Review the included credits and limits on Pricing. Your plan and usage appear in Settings; paid subscriptions can be managed from its billing section.
How do History and Queue pages work?
History and Queue show pins in pages. Search, filters and sorting apply to the page currently displayed, not your entire archive. If a pin is missing, check another page and adjust the filters. Sorting one page does not put all pages in a single chronological order.
How do I delete my PYNOV account?
In Settings, find Danger Zone and type the confirmation word shown. Choose Delete Account, verify your identity again with your sign-in provider, and complete the second factor if enrolled. Only then does a separate final confirmation appear. Confirm deletion there only if you want to proceed. Deletion is permanent; unresolved generation or billing obligations can delay it, and some retained records may require review under the Privacy Policy. Contact support if deletion cannot finish.
How do I contact support?
Email support@getpynov.com or message @leonardomoncada87 on Instagram. Include your account email, what you were trying to do, the error message and the run or pin ID if available. Do not send passwords or verification codes. The in-app support form opens your email app with a draft; you still need to send it there.
