PYNOV is a "Product-to-Pinterest" monetization engine that uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing assets, SEO keywords, and visual content for Pinterest. We provide tools for individual creators, affiliates, and ecommerce sellers to streamline their Pinterest marketing workflow.

Usage is subject to the quotas defined in your selected subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Premium).

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Quota Reset: Monthly quotas reset based on your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• Restrictions: You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service or attempt to bypass usage limits.

While our AI models are trained to produce high-quality marketing materials:

• The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of all AI-generated content before publication.
• PYNOV does not guarantee specific results, virality, outbound clicks, or sales revenue.
• You must ensure that your use of AI-generated content complies with Pinterest's Community Guidelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings panel. You will retain access until the end of your current period.
• Refunds: Due to the high cost of AI generation credits, refunds are generally not provided except in cases of billing errors.

PYNOV and its owner (Leonardo Moncada) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of your Pinterest account by Pinterest Inc.
