Subscription Terms

PYNOV may offer Free, Starter, Pro, and Premium access tiers. Plan names, limits, prices, features, and included usage may change as the product evolves.
1. Plans and Feature Access
Each plan may include different generation limits, board tools, scheduling access, integrations, analytics, and premium enhancement capabilities. Premium or paid features may require an active subscription and valid billing method.
2. Usage Limits
Monthly quotas and AI generation limits reset according to the billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unused credits do not roll over unless PYNOV expressly offers rollover in writing or in the product interface.
3. Premium AI Routes
Premium Enhance and other premium routes may use higher-cost AI or image processing services. PYNOV may limit, meter, throttle, or require an upgrade for premium generation, especially where external provider costs are significant.
4. Renewals and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancelling stops future renewal charges but generally does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under the Refund Policy.
5. Plan Changes
Upgrades, downgrades, pricing changes, or feature changes may be handled through Stripe or the PYNOV billing interface. Some changes may take effect immediately; others may apply at the next billing cycle.
